Refund policy

We want you to have a great experience with our products. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions. Currently we do not offer exchanges.

• Wrong size received  (different from the size ordered).
• Wrong style received (different from what was ordered).
• Defective product.
• Damaged during transit.
• Free size items cannot be returned .

* Items not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Product returned without the original tags and packaging intact.
• Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery. 

* Return Process

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. once the return request is approved, our team will guide you through the process.

After the retuned item is received and passes our quality check, the amount will be issued as Store Credit equivalent to the product value.

This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

* Return pickup

After your order return is approved our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your address. Please keep the product in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
